My knee is hurting a LOT after a fall at Hamsterley, luckily nothing is broken as I did go to hospital. But it makes you think, I really don't want to lose the use of my legs!
Off to hospital this morning to get my dressings changed.

It was the branches to the left coming off the bottom of the tree that caught me out.
